KingFish Bets offers free and premium subscription tiers. Premium subscriptions may be purchased through KingFishBets.com or, where available, through in-app purchase in the mobile app. Web subscriptions are processed through our checkout provider and require a valid payment method to start a trial or subscription.
Mobile subscriptions, in-app purchases, cancellations, renewals, and mobile refund requests are handled through the applicable app store account and are subject to that store's policies. Subscription terms, trial eligibility, renewal pricing, and billing timing are shown before purchase. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the current billing period.
Monthly web subscriptions are non-refundable after billing, and annual web subscriptions include a 30-day money-back guarantee. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.
If you download the KingFish Bets mobile app, we grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the applicable app store rules. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, redistribute, sublicense, or create derivative works from the app except where applicable law expressly permits it.

League, team, player, event, and sportsbook names may be used only to identify games, markets, statistics, odds, news, or research context. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. KingFish Bets does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, availability, or timeliness of any information provided. Odds, stats, injuries, weather, schedules, lineups, AI responses, and other data may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or incorrect. Sportsbook lines can change quickly and may differ by state, account, market, promotion, or sportsbook. You are responsible for verifying all information before taking any action.
Ask KingFish and other automated tools may generate analysis using available data, historical context, and user prompts. AI-generated responses may contain errors or omissions and should not be treated as instructions to wager. Edge Scores, picks, cheat sheets, and AI analysis are research signals only.
KingFish Bets shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any gambling losses incurred based on information provided by the Service.
