KingFish Bets does not connect to or access your sportsbook account, betting history, or financial account. A bet-slip screenshot you voluntarily submit may contain wager details or other information visible in the image, so review the screenshot before uploading it.
We use authentication cookies to keep you logged in. We also use first-party browser storage and randomly generated visitor and session identifiers to understand how people reach and navigate KingFish, including landing pages, referring domains, campaign parameters, page paths, and whether a visit leads to account creation. This analytics event data does not include your email address.
We may use a website analytics provider to measure traffic and product usage. When enabled, that provider may use first-party analytics identifiers or cookies according to its privacy settings. We do not sell analytics data or use it to access sportsbook accounts or betting activity.
We use the Meta Pixel and a server-side account-registration event to measure advertising results. This can include Meta advertising identifiers, your browser and network information, the page where registration occurred, and protected matches made by hashing your email address and KingFish account identifier. Meta uses this information to measure advertising results and improve ad delivery. We do not send Meta your password, sportsbook account, betting history, payment-card number, Ask KingFish messages, or bet-slip screenshots.
Advertising measurement is optional. You can turn it off for this browser below, and KingFish also honors supported Global Privacy Control signals. Turning it off does not affect your access to KingFish.

If you follow a member's referral link, we use a first-party cookie for up to 30 days to remember the referral before signup. After signup, we keep referral attribution, qualifying payment references, subscription-billing history, and reward records to operate the program and prevent abuse. We may compare payment-provider card fingerprints, which are identifiers rather than full card numbers. Members see referral counts and status, not their friends' names, email addresses, or payment details.
Your data is stored using secure cloud infrastructure and reasonable technical safeguards. We use encryption in transit where supported and limit access to personal information to what is needed to operate the Service.
We use trusted service providers to operate KingFish Bets, including providers for hosting, authentication, payment processing, subscription management, email delivery, security, analytics, data feeds, and AI-powered functionality. These providers may process limited information only as needed to provide the Service.
Grade My Slip sends the selected screenshot to KingFish and an AI processing provider solely to read the visible wager details and return the requested result. These screenshots are not used for advertising or tracking.
We do not publicly list every vendor in this policy, but we will provide required disclosures to app stores, regulators, or users when legally required.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share data with service providers only as necessary to operate the Service.

We retain your account data, Ask KingFish chat history, saved AI preferences, and subscription access records for as long as your account is active unless a shorter retention period is required by law or platform rules. AI-response reports are treated as support and safety records and are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to investigate the report, improve safeguards, meet platform obligations, and protect users. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting support. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we must retain limited records for legal, security, safety, tax, billing, or fraud-prevention purposes.
KingFish Bets is intended for users 18 years of age or older where permitted by law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from users under 18. If a higher age requirement applies in your jurisdiction, the Service is not intended for you unless you meet that higher age requirement.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice on the Service.
