Chat messages and AI interaction history when you use Ask KingFish
Bet-slip screenshots you choose to submit through Grade My Slip

We do not directly store full payment card numbers. Payments are processed by secure payment providers or by the applicable app store when purchases are made through the mobile app.

2. How We Use Your Information

Provide and improve the Service
Send transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset)
Determine your subscription tier and access level
Show sportsbook options relevant to your state
Communicate service updates and new features
Provide AI-powered responses and save chat history when that feature is enabled
Read user-submitted bet-slip screenshots, extract the wager details for your review, and grade the confirmed selections

3. Information We Do Not Collect

KingFish Bets does not connect to or access your sportsbook account, betting history, or financial account. A bet-slip screenshot you voluntarily submit may contain wager details or other information visible in the image, so review the screenshot before uploading it.

4. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies solely for authentication purposes to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or sell your data to third parties.

5. Data Storage

Your data is stored using secure cloud infrastructure and reasonable technical safeguards. We use encryption in transit where supported and limit access to personal information to what is needed to operate the Service.

6. Service Providers

We use trusted service providers to operate KingFish Bets, including providers for hosting, authentication, payment processing, subscription management, email delivery, security, analytics, data feeds, and AI-powered functionality. These providers may process limited information only as needed to provide the Service.

Processing a bet-slip screenshot you choose to submit so the wager details can be extracted and graded

Grade My Slip sends the selected screenshot to KingFish and an AI processing provider solely to read the visible wager details and return the requested result. These screenshots are not used for advertising or tracking.

We do not publicly list every vendor in this policy, but we will provide required disclosures to app stores, regulators, or users when legally required.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share data with service providers only as necessary to operate the Service.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access the personal information we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate information
Request deletion of your account and associated data

9. Data Retention

We retain your account data, Ask KingFish chat history, saved AI preferences, and subscription access records for as long as your account is active unless a shorter retention period is required by law or platform rules. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we must retain limited records for legal, security, tax, billing, or fraud-prevention purposes.

10. Children's Privacy

KingFish Bets is intended for users 18 years of age or older where permitted by law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from users under 18. If a higher age requirement applies in your jurisdiction, the Service is not intended for you unless you meet that higher age requirement.
