KingFish Bets may offer a 7-day free trial on eligible plans. A valid payment method may be required to start a trial. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid being billed.
Eligible monthly plans begin with a 7-day free trial, giving you time to try premium access before your first charge. After a monthly subscription bills, it is non-refundable. If you cancel, you retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
Annual subscriptions include a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days, contact us at support@kingfishbets.com and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable. You retain access to premium features for the remainder of your annual period.
Subscriptions purchased through the iOS app are billed, renewed, canceled, and refunded through your Apple App Store account. KingFish Bets cannot directly issue App Store refunds from inside the app. Please use Apple's refund process for iOS purchase refund requests.
Eligible new accounts may receive a 7-day free trial with access to premium features. Trial availability, billing timing, renewal price, and cancellation rules are shown before purchase. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your selected plan may automatically begin and you may be charged.
You can cancel a web subscription at any time from your Account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation.
iOS subscriptions must be managed through your Apple account settings. Deleting your KingFish account or uninstalling the app does not cancel an active App Store subscription.
To request a refund on an eligible web annual subscription, email us at support@kingfishbets.com with the subject line "Refund Request" within 30 days of your purchase. Include the email address associated with your account. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of suspected abuse of the free trial or refund policy, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to obtain repeated free trials.
