KingFish Bets may offer a 3-day free trial on eligible plans. A valid payment method may be required to start a trial. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid being billed.
Eligible new monthly subscribers begin with a 3-day free trial, then pay $0.99 for the first month and $4.99 per month afterward until canceled. After a monthly subscription bills, it is non-refundable. If you cancel, you retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
Annual subscriptions include a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days, contact us at support@kingfishbets.com and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable. You retain access to premium features for the remainder of your annual period.
Subscriptions purchased through a mobile app are billed, renewed, and canceled through the applicable app store account. Refund eligibility is subject to that store's policies and applicable law. Apple App Store purchases use Apple's refund process, and Google Play purchases use Google Play's refund process. Contact KingFish support if a purchase was not delivered or is not working as expected.
Eligible new accounts may receive a 3-day free trial with access to premium features. Trial availability, billing timing, renewal price, and cancellation rules are shown before purchase. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your selected plan may automatically begin and you may be charged.
You can cancel a web subscription at any time from your Account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation.
Mobile subscriptions must be managed through the app-store account used for the purchase. Deleting your KingFish account or uninstalling the app does not cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription.
To request a refund on an eligible web annual subscription, email us at support@kingfishbets.com with the subject line "Refund Request" within 30 days of your purchase. Include the email address associated with your account. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of suspected abuse of the free trial or refund policy, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to obtain repeated free trials.
